Money is taken on the 1st of every month.
Payments are made in advance so if you cancel in April, you won’t be charged for May.
The first payment will be taken on May 1st and any extra sessions in April will be added on.
We run a 41 week year. We do not run our programme during the school holidays (incl. Easter Sunday).
The subscription will be a recurring monthly payment to help with monthly budgeting and will be less be less hassle for you having to sign up every term.
We run a 41 week year but we only charge for 38 weeks which gives us a buffer of 3 sessions per year in case of rain. The cost of the 38 sessions is equally divided by 12 to get the monthly subscription fee.
The cost of each session is spread out across 38-week year. For examples, you will get more tennis than you pay for in June, when there is a session every week, compared to August, when there are none.
You only have to commit to 4 weeks. If for any reason you decide to cancel, your subscription will end that month. For example, if you cancel in May, your last payment will be May.
Absolutely! We would love to have you back. If it is in the same year, you will have to make up 1 month of missed payments.
We work on a 6-week buffer. You pay for 38 weeks, but we give you 41. This gives us 3 weeks in reserve case of any cancelations.
Once you have subscribed, we will make sure that you are on the appropriate payment plan.
