Below we have put together Q&A's for both our subscription payment plan and our coaching. Click the tabs below.
Please reach us at info@tennis-together.co.uk if you cannot find an answer to your question.
The aim of our recurring monthly subscription is to make budgeting easier and reduce the hassle of termly sign-ups. With this plan, you can enjoy the flexibility of paying on a monthly basis (rather than committing for a whole term), while benefiting from a lower cost for everyone participating in coaching. This encourages families to play together, without the burden of termly invoices, as the commitment to our classes is just one month at a time.
On the 1st of every month.
Payments are made in advance so if you cancel in April, you won’t be charged for May.
The first payment will be taken on May 1st and a covering payment will be added on for the sessions you had in April.
We run a 41 week year. We do not run our programme during the school holidays (incl. Easter Sunday).
We run a 41 week year but we only charge for 38 weeks which gives us a buffer of 3 sessions per year in case of rain. The cost of the sessions is equally divided by 12 to get the monthly subscription fee.
The cost of each session is spread out across the year. For example, you will get more tennis than you pay for in June, when there is a session every week, compared to August, when many people are away topping up their tan.
You only have to commit to 4 weeks. If for any reason you decide to cancel, your subscription will end that month. For example, if you cancel in May, your last payment will be May.
We endeavour to to make up lost classes in the holidays, so we can play as much tennis through the year as we can. We also work on a 6-week buffer (+3/-3). You pay for 38 weeks, but we give you 41.
Absolutely! We would love to have you back. Contact Kate and Jon to rejoin the programme.
We offer a 10% discount for multiple bookings, and will put you on this plan once you have signed up. We are passionate about getting more families playing tennis together, as well as rewarding those who want to play more than once a week!
Our classes follow the LTA Youth tennis programme, which is for children aged 4–18. The classes are packed full of fun games and dynamic drills relevant to their age. For more information and videos about the classes, visit the junior coaching page.
We use our coaching curriculum which helps us and you to track children's development. We will also let you know, via email, how you can help your child progress to the next level.
